Ownership

The original WordSeeker product and branding are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Excluded Rights

Third-party trademarks, wallets, networks, libraries, and open-source components remain owned by their respective holders.

1. Ownership statement

Copyright © 2026 WordSeeker. All rights reserved. Except where otherwise stated, the original WordSeeker mobile application, original source code, original visual design, branding, written product copy, public legal pages, original game presentation materials, and other original product assets are owned by the WordSeeker publisher identified in the applicable app store listing.

2. What this notice covers

  • The original WordSeeker app experience, interfaces, layout choices, original written copy, and original artwork.
  • Original backend and service code authored for WordSeeker.
  • WordSeeker names, logos, trade dress, and brand presentation to the extent protected by copyright, trademark, or similar law.
  • Original screenshots, decks, landing pages, and promotional material published for the product.

3. What is not claimed

This notice does not claim ownership over materials owned by others, including:

  • Third-party wallets, wallet adapters, blockchain protocols, RPC providers, platforms, and trademarks.
  • Open-source software, fonts, libraries, or frameworks distributed under their own licenses.
  • User-controlled wallet addresses, user-submitted usernames, or public blockchain records except to the extent a compilation right may apply under law.

4. Limited permissions

No right or license is granted to copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from protected WordSeeker materials except as expressly allowed by law, by applicable open-source licenses, or by prior written permission from WordSeeker.

5. Open-source and third-party notices

WordSeeker may include or depend on third-party software released under separate licenses. Those components are governed by their own license terms, and nothing in this notice overrides rights granted by those licenses.

6. Reporting infringement or requesting permission

If you believe that WordSeeker material infringes your rights, or if you want permission to reuse protected WordSeeker materials, send a notice to wordseekersupport@proton.me that includes:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • A description of the work or material at issue.
  • The URL, store listing, asset, or content location involved.
  • A statement of your claimed rights or the permission you are requesting.
  • Any supporting documentation reasonably needed to evaluate the request.

7. Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by WordSeeker and its applicable rights holders.
