App License and Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the WordSeeker mobile app, related services, and associated public content. By downloading, accessing, or using WordSeeker, you agree to these terms.

License to use the app and operating rules for gameplay and services

License Type

Personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WordSeeker as provided.

Key Restriction

No cheating, abuse, botting, reverse engineering for misuse, exploit attempts, or fraudulent transaction claims.

Digital Items

Virtual items and in-game balances are licensed, not sold, except to the extent mandatory law says otherwise.

1. Operator and scope

WordSeeker is offered by the publisher identified in the applicable app store listing. These terms apply to your use of the app, backend services, websites, public legal pages, and any related WordSeeker content that links to or references this document.

2. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, WordSeeker grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your own personal, lawful, and non-commercial entertainment use.

3. Eligibility and wallets

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app is lawful where you live.
  • You are responsible for the wallet you connect, the signatures you approve, and the security of your device and wallet credentials.
  • You may not impersonate another person or falsely claim ownership of a wallet or transaction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or exploit tools to gain unfair advantage or disrupt the service.
  • Attempt to bypass game rules, rate limits, purchase verification, referral restrictions, or payout controls.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise inspect the service for abusive, competitive, or unauthorized purposes, except where law cannot prohibit that activity.
  • Upload or distribute malware, interfere with servers, or misuse public endpoints.
  • Use the service in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy rights, or applicable law.

5. Usernames, referrals, and community-facing data

If you choose a username, you must have the rights to use it and it must not be unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing. Referral links, usernames, leaderboard positions, and wallet-derived rankings may be visible to other users or the public portions of the service.

6. Digital items, blockchain features, and prizes

  • In-game balances, boosters, inventory items, and similar digital goods are part of a licensed service experience unless mandatory law states otherwise.
  • Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, publicly visible, or dependent on third-party wallets, networks, RPC providers, and chain conditions.
  • WordSeeker may require verification of transaction signatures, wallet ownership, or other anti-fraud checks before crediting a purchase, referral, or payout.
  • Prize pools, payouts, or promotional rewards may be modified, suspended, or canceled where required for law, fraud prevention, technical integrity, or service continuity.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, patch, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any feature of WordSeeker at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued compatibility with a specific device, or permanent support for any specific wallet, chain integration, or store distribution channel.

8. Third-party materials

WordSeeker may depend on app stores, wallet providers, blockchain networks, open-source software, and other third-party services. Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy notices, and licenses, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to WordSeeker if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or exposed the service or other users to harm. Termination may result in loss of access to service-linked data or features, subject to applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordSeeker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordSeeker and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, digital assets, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WordSeeker after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
